NANCY HALL |
Nancy has over 15+ years experience in Executive Search, consistently in the TOP 10 for regional billings and our office's Top producer for 8 of the past 12 years; not to mention her having generated the company's biggest accounts on repeat business. Nancy has worked a diversity of disciplines in the manufacturing, banking, health care, and pharmaceutical industries. She is excellent at finding that "needle in the haystack" for her clients. Her name is well known in the Information Technology world having devoted much time to AS400 Programmers and Client Server Professionals. Currently she is concentrating her efforts in the Pharmaceutical Industry with needs for QA/QC, Regulatory & Compliance, and Computer Validation professionals. Nancy is a graduate of Davenport College and prior to coming to the Hallman Group, she was Group Travel Coordinator for a local tour operator. Nancy was also a member of the Dunhill Key Club, which represents the Top 10 producing counselors in their system. |

Ken has more than 20 years experience in Executive Search. Formerly Divisional Manager of Gibson Guitar, Ken specializes in both Information Systems and the quality areas in the pharmaceutical industries i.e. computer validation, QC/QA. He was consistently ranked in the TOP 10 producing owners, along with managing a staff of 10 professionals. Ken was named a "preferred recruiter" for an office furniture company for many years and knows the furniture industry extremely well. He has a B.S. from Ferris State University. He is one of the few who have been inducted into the exclusive Dunhill Million Dollar Club. |

Ellen enters the world of recruiting with a background in
industrial sales, where she spent sixteen years with a manufacturer of pressure vessels
and heat exchangers. She is putting her sales experience to work for The Hallman Group
by bringing together qualified IT and pharmaceutical candidates with successful client companies in the
Eastern US. |
MARTY ADAMS |
Marty comes to the world of recruiting with a strong background in Information Services and the Military. He has both experiences in large IS Operations and working for a small IT Consulting company. He has also varied experiences in the military were he was a Special Forces A-Team Leader. Marty is putting his experiences to work by correctly identifying the candidate's best qualities and matching those skills with successful client companies in the State of Ohio. He enjoys making sure that his placements are a "best-fit" for both the candidate and the company. . |
