The Hallman Group is one of the largest and most successful Executive Search firms in Southwestern Michigan. Founded by Ken Killman in 1979 as Dunhill of Kalamazoo, we have experienced steady growth, expanding several times to our current office on West KL Avenue with more employees.

After 18 years, Mr. Killman separated from Dunhill Personnel franchise system and sold his interests to senior employee/associate Nancy Hall. We are fortunate to still have Mr. Killman as an active member of our team. As personnel experts, we know the value of good employees and we are blessed with an experienced team of professionals. They are our greatest assets.

Over the past 20 years, The Hallman Group staff has won numerous awards for productivity and customer satisfaction. The two principals, Nancy Hall and Ken Killman, have both billed in excess of one million dollars in professional fees.

Although we are located in Kalamazoo, we are not just a local agency. Several of us specialize in Information Systems and work to fill positions across the United States with concentration in MI, IN, and OH. We also service pharmaceutical, banking, and manufacturing industries. The Hallman Group's goal is to provide you with a single agency, offering multiple disciplines and industry experiences, nationwide.

Management Philosophy 

We have an "open door" policy. We use motivational tools to activate the process. The process of our business contains three distinct phases: Research, Search, and Evaluation. The end result: a quality candidate is submitted. Goals are set for our staff as well as attendance to training seminars which further enhance their skills.
